​​Assisting families in creating a work agreement between the household employer and household employee to minimize

any potential problems. Provide weekly, biweekly or monthly payroll as required through a national payroll company.


My services include but are not limited to what is listed below:


  • Meet with each client to assist in setting them up as a household employer.
  • Obtain an Federal Employer Identification Number (FIEN) on behalf of the client and provide this to the payroll company.
  • Obtain all tax and payroll forms for client and family employee substitute (FES), submit to the designated payroll company.
  • Assist in obtaining worker’s compensation and disability insurance.
  • Obtaining a work agreement between client/FES and submitting pay rates for payroll.
  • Collect and verify time sheets and submit for payroll on weekly basis required by law.
  • Answer any questions for the client regarding​ any payroll issues that arise.
